Rubis Channel Islands was proud to sponsor the Guernsey Rally 2025, which took place on Friday, February 28th, and Saturday, March 1st, 2025. The event was an exhilarating showcase of local motorsport, bringing together skilled drivers, passionate fans, and a strong sense of community spirit.
The rally attracted 38 cars, with drivers from Guernsey, Jersey, and the mainland UK, all eager to take on the island’s challenging country lanes. The event featured seven intense stages—three on Friday and four on Saturday—each run four times throughout the day across various locations on the island.
On Friday, the rally kicked off at lunchtime at L’Eree, a generally fast coastal route with a narrow and twisty section around Lihou headland. Stage 1 concluded on a relatively straight section beneath the shingle bank.
Saturday’s racing featured two demanding inland stages around the reservoir and central St. Andrews, along with the dramatic ascent and descent of Petit Bot Valley.
At Rubis Channel Islands, we are passionate about supporting local motorsport and fostering community engagement. Events like the Guernsey Rally highlight the talent and dedication within the region, and we are proud to be a part of it.
We were also delighted to sponsor Dale Crowsley from Forest Road Garage, who after a few suspension issues had to retire on the first day. However, Dale and his team fitted a new system on that same night so they could participate on the Saturday. We extend our congratulations to him and all the competitors who took part in this thrilling event.
