Finance, Treasury & Control Officer (Jersey)

Rubis is currently seeking to appoint a Finance, Treasury and Control Officer to be based in Jersey. Working alongside a team of professionals within the financial control department, this new role involves responsibility for undertaking the accounting requirements for several group entities, together with day to day management of the treasury function. Additionally, the post holder will have specific responsibility for the review and monitoring of internal control processes, making recommendations for changes as and when necessary.

Candidates should hold a relevant accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA and have previous experience of working in a financial control environment within either a commercial or financial services organisation. Candidates must have excellent Excel skills and the ability to work in accordance with deadlines.

Fuel Tanker Driver/Operator (Guernsey)

Rubis Channel Islands, part of the Rubis Group, a global player in the energy sector, has an opening for a Fuel Tanker Driver/Operator to be based at its Guernsey fuel depot.

The role involves being part of a team responsible for the safe delivery of fuel to commercial and domestic customers, together with being the principal re-fueller and contact point for the Company’s Guernsey marine customers.

Candidates must hold a current Category C1 driving licence and will ideally have had previous experience in either a fuel delivery environment or similar, although full training will be given. Excellent customer service skills are also essential as the role will involve direct customer contact.
