Considerations
What is your roof shape and is it in good condition?
Make sure that your roof has enough space for the solar panels and that it is not damaged or in need of repair. Obstructions such as flues, windows and vents will impede solar panel installation.
Which direction do the slopes of your roof face?
The best placement is to have any solar panels face south to capture as much of the sun’s energy as possible, however, east-west arrangements and flat roofs work well too.
Did you know that Rubis installed batteries too?
There is also an option in which you can install a battery without solar PV and take advantage of cheaper rates for charging, using later when the rate is high.
