Go West – West is Best!
Well that’s the claim often heard at this time of year in Guernsey. The West Show is Guernsey's premier agricultural and horticultural show, celebrating more than 100 years of Guernsey traditions.
The show prides itself on being a traditional country show with a varied mix of entertainment for the whole family.
Held annually over two days in August, the West Show brings together the communities of the Western parishes of St Saviour, St Pierre du Bois and Torteval to create this fantastic event which is a favourite with both locals and visitors and one of the main events of the summer in Guernsey.
We hope you will join us – come along and meet the team and say hello!
If you are looking for a fantastic family day out on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th August then head down to The West Show at L’Eree. The event is jam packed with things to see and do. Along with horse-riding events you will also find creatures great and small in the shape of cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens and a variety of fur and feather, to name but a few.

There’ll be a large fun fair and a wide variety of food and drink stalls to temp you too.
