Crowds flocked to Motorsport Sunday

This year’s Motorsport Sunday, part of the Seafront Sunday events, was a chance for the large local motoring community and visitors to get together and enjoy the spectacle in the warm sunshine.

This was the fourth Motorsport Sunday event and this one was bigger and better than ever. The lovely weather played its part in encouraging thousands of people into Town.

It was wonderful to see so many people of all ages enjoy the event; a superb weekend to showcase the breadth and variety of Motorsport that exists in Guernsey.

The seafront was packed from the onset with visitors making the most of the opportunity to view the vast collection of vehicles on display – collectors and enthusiasts were proud to show off their pride and joy! The Live Arena at the North Beach car park was very busy all day with visitors watching the twisty time-trials – all the competitors put on an amazing display for the crowds.

The event closed with a fantastic Motorsport Parade. this event, great weekend to showcase the great Motorsport we have on our island
